The Do's and Don'ts
A pregnant woman should:
Do Not drink alcohol (beer, wine, shots) while she is pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant
Do Not use illegal drugs
Do See a doctor or community nurse regularly
Do Not smoke or use tobacco products
Do Get plenty of rest
Do Check with your doctor or caregiver before taking any medication
Do Eat healthy foods
Do Practice safe sex
Do try to Exercise moderately
