Court Monitor seeks investigation into Kenora law firm

The Court Monitor in the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement (IRSSA) has asked the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for the authority to conduct an investigation into Kenora lawyer Doug Keshen and his law firm, Keshen & Major Barristers and Solicitors.
