NAN Policy on Contracts
All agreements (contracts) with NAN are made in writing using standard NAN documents. This encompasses all employment and hiring, purchases of all goods, consulting and other services as well as flow through funding agreements.
NAN, and its representatives, do not and are not authorized to enter verbal agreements.
Should you encounter any difficulties in your financial dealings with NAN, please contact our Finance Department.
