Streamlining Access to and Delivery of Counselling Services for First Nations Students

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting firm to undertake the development of an options paper for streamlining access to and delivery of counselling services for First Nations Students.

Program Background

The Education Partnerships Program is a proposal-driven program designed to promote collaboration between First Nations, provinces, Indian and Northern Affairs Canada and other stakeholders towards improving the success of First Nation elementary and secondary students in First Nation and provincial schools.

The Program supports the establishment and advancement of formal partnership arrangements that aim to develop practical working relationships between officials and educators in regional First Nation organizations and schools, and those in provincial systems. These partnership arrangements open the way to sharing information and better coordination between First Nation and provincial schools.
